The client is a reputed manufacturer of automotive fuel management systems and is a top supplier to all large 2 and 4 wheeler OEMs.
Challenge:
To automate a largely manual testing rig for testing of
carburetors to reduce testing time and effort and produce automated test reports. The complex testing system has about 10 runtime measurements to be undertaken through sensors and measuring
devices. It also entails accurate control of several solenoids and positioning sensors.
Solution:
Digi2O is currently in the process of designing and testing a comprehensive solution to automate the testing process using an ARM based micro-controller.
